A few notes I wrote to myself in the past month, in no particular order...

1. The ability to stick through and finish tasks that are either mundane or nerve-wracking -- because you know they are stepping stones for accomplishing a meaningful goal you have set for yourself. Without any sign of complaining.

2. All I want these days is inner peace.

3. Fully resting after a very intense period of focus is important. It's likely I will be close to losing my temper at something if I don't.
